L.J. Gunter, C.E.O.
Ms. Gunter has 15 years in the high technology industry and over 10 years management experience. She was Vice President Creative for User Friendly Media Inc., where she oversaw content product creation and market introduction. Ms. Gunter was also Vice President, Programming and Partnerships for Vancouver Film School, where she was responsible for educational programs, administration and operations, and negotiated partnerships and international ventures. She has been a university program director, policy analyst, management consultant, and journalist. Ms. Gunter has an MBA from Queen’s University.

J.D. Frazer, CIO
Mr. Frazer is the founder of UserFriendly.org, the premiere IT-oriented humor site worldwide. He has served in the capacity of both C.E.O. and Executive Producer during the last four years, and brings with him years of product management, creative direction and on-line game design experience. Prior to founding UserFriendly.org, Mr. Frazer was a co-founder and director of Parasun Technologies Inc., an Internet Service Provider located in Vancouver and serving clients across B.C.

Gary Bourgeois, Complexity Engineer.
Mr. Bourgeois is a professional computer programmer and musician. He has extensive experience in the world of soundtracks, software design for art installations, audio post-production for video, and performance art. Mr. Bourgeois has been an instructor and head instructor at the Vancouver Film School in the Audio Department, and has served as the Director of the VFS New Media Studies program. Previously he spent six years with Annex Professional, where he was a Sales Representative/Consultant for MIDI/Digital Audio and a Certified Digidesign Product Specialist. During his career, Mr. Bourgeois has done audio production for companies such as Rrun Ventures, Dig Media Labs, and User Friendly Media. A professional musician, he has played with the famous rock group the Payola$.
